DOCKING

The State of Delaware offers Dockside Marina Bar & Grill guests complimentary designated dockage (subject to availability).

Complimentary Dockside Docking is located directly across from the fuel dock on the south side of DOCK A: slips A47, A49 & A51. These slips are not long-term use or overnight docking. The marina monitors channels 16 & 9. The main office number to the Indian River Marina is 302-227-3071.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

    • IRM dockhands will be happy to assist you upon entering the marina basin and docking for Dockside Marina Bar & Grill.
    • Please contact the marina on Channel 9 (marina monitoring channel) before entering the Marina Basin for information regarding available slips for Dockside.
    • All slips are subject to availability.
    • Slips are available on a first come, first served basis. They cannot be reserved in advance.
    • If no slips are available, you must wait outside the marina entrance to lessen the congestion at the IRM fuel dock and to eliminate any further incidents within the basin itself.
    • Please do not attempt to enter any vacant slips at IRM. All slips are occupied by annual slip-holders and reserved by transient boaters.
    • Please follow designated signs to the complimentary slips.
    • Please bring bumpers and dock lines for your watercraft.
    • The courtesy dock by the ramp is the only area available to drop off or pick-up. Someone must always be aboard the vessel.
    • There is a 10-minute time limit at the courtesy dock. Please do not attempt to drop off or pick up along the bulkheads as this is a major safety situation.
