Codey has been steering the ship down at Dockside since we opened in 2023 and has been an integral part of the Big Fish team since 2022. He is all about growth, learning, and making every dining experience memorable. Outside of work, Codey is a huge Philadelphia sports fan, with a heart that beats for the Eagles and a special spot for Kyle Lawson on the dirt track. Whether he’s enjoying family time, diving into new adventures, or catching the big game or Nascar race on Sunday, Codey lives life with the same enthusiasm he brings to the restaurant. His big dream? To buy some land and build a barndominium that’s as legendary as his sports fandom. Codey’s knack for balancing high-speed excitement with versatile management skills keeps Dockside on track and racing ahead! #GOBIRDS
Matt Seiler, Assistant General Manager
Meet Matt, also known as ‘Big Tasty’, our Assistant General Manager at Dockside Marina Bar & Grill. Matt has been with the Big Fish Restaurant Group for a little over a year and brings with him eight years of hospitality experience. Matt has a very positive & upbeat demeanor and always makes guests feel right at home. Since joining the team, Matt has seamlessly blended into our operations, also lending his versatility to the Big Fish Market & Striper Bites during the fall and winter. When he’s not managing the restaurant, Matt likes watching Nascar & football, hanging out with friends, and has a unique passion for mechanical bull riding. Driven by a desire to grow with Big Fish, Matt is always ready to embrace the next challenge and hold on for the ride!
